Our most unique menu featuring wild game selections from California, hunted near Salinas and prepared by our own Vice Conseiller Gastronomique Honoraire, Rolande Haaberg, with the finest ingredients in a French-Californian style that highlight the delicate flavors of the meats and wine-paired to perfection by our own Vice Echanson and Certified Sommelier, Gene Timmons.
