In order to celebrate "March Madness" we were invited to Chef Mark Simmons's unique celebration dinner on Friday, March 22nd, 6:00 - 9:00pm, at the beautiful east hills home of Bonnie and Marv Bamburg, 10710 Ridgeview Avenue, San Jose, CA 95127.
Chef Simmon specializes in creating innovative menus for small, intimate dinners. As you view the following menu and wine pairings, you will find our "Madness" celebration reflected his philosophy of exploring unexpected combinations of flavors. Those of you who attended the 2023 Italian Cooking Class and Wine tasting led by Ron Fenolio were able to experience a few of Chef Simmons many talents as he jumped in to help with the class!
