Holiday Induction Party
Dear Fellow Members and Friends,
Our spectacular holiday program included: a chef demonstration with food bites, guided wine tasting, a silent auction, a scholarship presentation, our Champagne reception, an induction ceremony, and the amazing four-course French dinner that was paired to perfection with exquisite French wines.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bailli Provincial of the Pacific Northwest, Bertrand de Boutray for conducting the induction ceremony, our new professional members and staff at ICC for orchestrating this wonderful and unique experience, all the contributors to our Silent Auction, and those who were able to participate for your warmth and great energy. Also, a very special thanks to Vice Echanson Gene Timmons and Vice Argentier Sally Swanson who worked tirelessly before, during, and after the event!Join us at The International Culinary Center (ICC) for a fabulous affair, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs - Jingle and Mingle, Scholarship and Induction Event.
