Spring Fever at Santana Row's Left Bank
Hello, Dear Food and Wine Lover, Dear Friends, Fellow Rotisseurs,
This is Chef Jay. I am honored to be the new Bailli for the Silicon Valley Bailliage of La Chaine des Rotisseurs. With an amazing history behind us, I am excited to build more great memories and revive our wonderful organization from the inside out.
Some of our Goals:
* Develop new communications channels
* Get all the membership involved in events
* Get more members from different age groups and more professionals
* Re-ignite the values that what our organization was built for: Camaraderie, Conviviality and the celebration of the Arts of the Table
Our first event for 2019 was held at the iconic Left Bank Santana Row on Saturday, May 4th. A wonderful appetizer buffet was followed by a multi-course experience served with matching wines.
On the menu: Roasted Duck Breast and Lamb Navarin, along with other special treats specially arranged for our group
To make this evening even more memorable, we were be charmed by the magic of Alan Leeds (leedsmagic.com) that pleased and surprised us. As a Bailli I explained in more detail some of our objectives and announced future events.
