At Last!

La Chaine de Silicon celebrated the Dog Days of Summer on the Clearview Patio at La Rinconada Country Club in Los Gatos. Executive Chef, Craig Coe, planning a fabulous feast using fresh ingredients found at this time of year. The reception began at 5 PM followed by dinner.

Executive Chef Craig Coe brings great experience and expertise in the culinary arts to La Rinconada Country Club. Chef Coe's most recent work for almost 15 years was as Executive Chef at the HP Pavilion/SAP Center with Aramark Sports and Entertainment. He has extensive experience at both the Silicon Valley Capital Club and the Columbia Tower Club. Chef Coe was previously an Executive Chef with Guckenheimer Enterprises at South Bay high tech properties. Earlier he was an award-sinning restaurant chef at Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Reno, Nevada. He began his culinary studies in Seattle, Washington, while working at some of the cities most respected French restaurants. He subsequently attended a highly regarded hotel and restaurant school in Luzern, Switzerland.
