2022 Induction Dinner at Rolandés

The Silicon Valley Bailliage of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs held its 2022 Holiday Induction Dinner on Saturday, December 3rd, from 6:00-9:00 PM. We celebrated the induction of new members under the leadership of the Echansion Provincial of the Pacific Northwest Ron Fenolio, at the beautiful home of VC Gastronomique Rolandé Haaberg. An exceptional meal with paired wines was prepared by our own Chaîne Chefs, Julia Anderson and Rolandé Haaberg.
