2021 Wild Game and Seafood Dinner
Dear la Chaîne members and friends.
What an experience! If you missed October 16th marvelous La Chaîne Hunter Moon dinner you certainly missed an evening of sumptuous food, excellent Champagne, curated wines and, best of all, a vibrant group of devoted food and wine aficionados.
Chef Rolande Haaberg and crew prepared ten (10) courses (yes 10!), five (5) perfectly paired wines, two delicious dessert wines and 4 - 5 dessert choices. See the Menu below with a link to pictures of guests enjoying the outdoor setting at Rolande’s home.
As Dr. Stephen Eckstone remarked afterward: “Linda and I were very pleased to join you at the wonderful 'Hunter's Moon' dinner last night. Rolande is a great host, hunter and chef. The meal and the wine selection were first-class."
