Dear La Chaine Members,
This event was held at Le Papillon, 410 Saratoga Avenue, San Jose, CA . We were treated to a spectacular five course meal prepared by Chef Scott Cooper. The dinner was exceptional and unique with five courses and wines paired to perfection. The courses were created by the chef especially for our Bailliage.
