Business Lunch at Chef Chu's
Dear Fellow Members and Friends,
Here is a video of our Chinese New Year inspired Chaîne Business Lunch held on March 4th, 2018 at Chef Chu's in Los Altos. Another great example of what La Chaîne is all about, unique and fun opportunities to reconnect with good friends and make new ones over delicious food and drinks.
Special thanks to our professional member, Brillat-Savarin Medal of Excellence in Culinary Arts, Commandeur, Maître Rôtisseur, Executive Chef and Owner of Chef Chu's Restaurant, Lawrence C. C. Chu for the special menu creations and his personal attention throughout the event - especially the warm welcome, the introduction to the menu courses, the explanations about the culinary techniques, the stories, and his kind donation! It's always a pleasure to come to "The French Chinese Laundry"!
Special thanks to our Vice Echanson and Certified Sommelier Gene Timmons for the great selections of wines and beer that paired so well with the wonderful feast!
