Hope this note finds you well and enjoying the holidays.
The attached video is a collection of some of the memories from our Chaîne des Rôtisseurs - Silicon Valley - End of 2017 Celebration held on December 1st, 2017, where we enjoyed delicious Raclette and Chocolate Fondue perfectly paired with Champagne, wines, and vin chaud!
The feast included Pumpkin Spicy Coconut Soup, warm melted French Raclette cheese, Rosemary Roasted Leg of Lamb, Pumpkin Tortellini, Spinach and Cheese Ravioli, Honey Roasted Ham, Shrimp, assortment of Italian and Spanish Charcuterie, Smoked Salmon, small potatoes and much more... Great food, delightful wines and wonderful company!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who were able to participate for your warmth and cheer! Also, a very special thanks to our Board of Directors who worked tirelessly during the entire 2017!
We hope you are looking forward to the exciting experiences the new year will bring, and we wish your family all the best in 2018! Thank you for being a valued part of our bailliage.
