Hello Fellow Members and Friends,

Here below is a video with captured moments from our Fundraising event "Holiday Wine and Food Pairing" at the International Culinary Center (ICC) in Campbell, this past Tuesday, November 14th.

Thanks to those who contributed to make this fundraiser a success - especially to those who participated, donated, and provided positive feedback! The funds from this event will be earmarked for wine program scholarships at ICC.

Special thanks to:

  • Our members Maître Restaurateur and ICC CEO, Bruce McCann for all the support, Professionnel du Vin and ICC Associate Wine Director, Rachel Lintott, C.S. for the great orchestration of the event, and to Maître Rôtisseur and ICC Culinary Arts Instructor, Bruno Ponsot for the wonderful dishes.

  • Master Sommelier Dennis Kelly for sharing his extensive knowledge with us and the perfect wine pairings.

  • Our member, Professionel du Vin, My French Cellar owner, Delphine Le Devehat, for donating the bottles of the 2011 Saint Emilion, Les Charmes De Grand Corbin that was beautifully paired with the main course: Prime rib au jus with potato gratin and haricot verts.
